STRUCTURE:
THE PARLIAMENT :
The mentorship and leadership training of the organization is very much focused on raising the bar of leadership in Africa and Ghana in particular through a leadership Academy and Leadership Challenge and Contest on TV. Selected members are given a mandate for 1yr to make an impact. They develop their own policy blueprint called the MAGGA MANIFESTO (MAGGA= Make Ghana Great Again) which identifies systemic problems in our body Politics and Governance across African and Ghana in Particular and propose innovate solutions for development that improves the living standards of the average citizen.
THE LEADERSHIP JOURNEY:
In recognition of our role as a cardinal stakeholder organization in strengthening the democracy of our country through grooming, mentorship and capacity building of the next generation of leaders who will play an active role in leading the key Political Vehicles that seeks to win political power for governance, Youth leadership Parliament initiative is focused on reshaping the mindset of the kind of leadership that goes into the Executive Legislative arms of Government.
The following Model Parliaments is established as a hybrid Executive-Legislative body of youth leaders from the various political parties in Ghana, who receive mentorship through training

There are 4 golden steps to Youth Leadership Parliament
A. GOLDEN STEP 1:
ELECTION PRIMARIES
This is the 1st stage of identifying existing values in new members and introducing them to the expected standards of leadership through the primaries
New members or candidate at this stage must solicit endorsement from their constituents to qualify as ticket holders to represent that constituency.
These endorsements are in the form of votes .
A candidate can only enter the General elections after they have met the benchmark of votes or endorsement required.
BENCHMARK: 500 votes/ Endorsements
CONSTITUENCY PROJECTS:
During the Primaries, one of the key take away from the campaigning is engagement with the constituents to understand the pressing challenges they face as a people .
A members of Parliament, President, Minister must undertake a project during their tenure in Parliament
B. GOLDEN STEP 2
GENERAL ELECTIONS:
Winners of the Primaries enter into the General elections which is the main battle of contests between the NPP Youth in Parliament, NDC Youth in Parliament and the Independent Youth in Parliament
They battle out on manifesto ideas to win the 275 seats in Parliament, Ministerial, Diplomats and the Youth President of Ghana.
All Candidates are elected through public majority votes into the Youth Leadership Parliament.

1. EUROPEAN UNION MODEL PARLIAMENT
Delegates are appointed to represent the countries in the European Union Parliament
EU Seminars and workshops are organized to train delegates on the rudiments and workings of the European Union.
EU delegate conferences are organized to debate EU resolutions, Treaties and Charters
Delegate graduate with a Leadership Master Class-Diploma issued in Partnership with the EU Ghana.
2. AFRICAN UNION MODEL PARLIAMENT
Delegates are appointed to represent countries in the AU
AU Seminars and workshops are organized to train delegates on the rudiments and workings of the African Union.
AU delegate conferences are organized to debate AU resolutions, Treaties and Charters
Delegate graduate with a Leadership Certificate issued in Partnership with the AU Ghana.
3. UNITED NATIONS MODEL PARLIAMENT
Delegates are appointed to represent countries of the United Nations
UN Seminars and workshops are organized to train delegates on the rudiments and workings of the United Nations
UN delegates' conferences are organized to debate UN resolutions, Treaties and Charters
Delegate graduate with a Leadership Master Class-Honours issued in Partnership with the UN Ghana.
